Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in India
Sir pls help me out..its for my friend..urgent...he is in custody of police from today evening.
He was in love with a minor girl. Her dad came to know this and complaint to police. And attempt to rape case was filed against him. It is just a false case. The girl also loves him,send messages to him. But she is below 18. The girls dad is not at all ready for a compromise. What to do know? Hoping Your reply soon.
