How to dissolve a registered partnership firm formed for doing real estate business, registered in 1998 with Registrar of Firms at Vadodara, Gujarat.
No business done in said firm having disputes in partners. No income Tex returns filled since inception of the firm, will there be any penalty for non filling income Tex returns ?
