Legal Question in Telecomm Law in India
i used vodafone postpaid sim 10-11-2013 to 10-12-2013, vodafone offer me 5gb free internet for month after month they bill me 11000 saying cause of billing cycle is 5-11-2013 to 5-12-2013 uses between 5-12-2013 to 10-12-2013 cost you Rs.11000, i was not aware about what billing cycle is ! now they issuing notice and calling me to pay discounted 5000, in my opinion i was not used more than 5gb than why i should pay ? please tell me what i do? i argued i will ready to pay as per monthly plan i.e Rs.300

you can take them to consumer forum as i am sure they failed to explain to you what the billing cycle would be at the time of giving you the interned option.
