Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

We are 7 sisters and 1 brother. My mother died 3 years back and father died 1 year back. Father had received a huge amount 2 years back being seperation from HUF run business established by my grand father. The business is still a running business by other Uncles. All the moneys received were deposited by my brother in his joint account with father. He got will signed by my father that except him none of other daughters have any claim or rights whatsoever. MY QUESTION IS WHETHER WE 7 SISTERS CAN FILE A SUITE AGAINST HIM AND ASK FOR OUR SHARES IN THE MONEY RECED. Secondly, he may sale out the present house built by my father with the money from the withdrawal from HUF business earnings. MY QUESTION IS WHETHER WE ALL SISTERS CAN STOP HIM AND ASK FOR OUR SHARE?
