Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

We have an ancestral undivided property of seven generations. The only heirs are four brothers. One of the brothers is a priest and with no rights of survivorship. Can he make a WILL? I am told only self acquired can make a WILL and not ancestral.

He can sign relinquish deed in favor of other co holders.
