Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
My aunt, who was a spinster passed away intestate in the year 2000. Her both parents passed away much earlier before her. She had an elder sister who passed away in the Year 1998 (who has 4 daughters). My aunt had an elder brother who passed away in the year 2011 (has 1 son, 2 daughters and wife). Since, she has no will and has residential property in tamil nadu, India. Who is her legal heirs?
