Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
A bequeaths his property to B, his wife for life interest, and then after death of the B, the property will go to C, son of A & B. A and B has 3 sons including C. C has one son, one daughter and wife. But prior to the death of B, C died. What will be the fate of the will made by A?
