Questions

Was your dad legally married at the time of his death? How many children he had alive at the time of his death?

'Is your dad's name on your birth certificate?

The persons entitled to apply for his estate was the legal spouse and she had pre-deceased him then the Children.

Who applied for the letters of administration and what did he owned at the time of his death.

I need a copy of your dad's death certificate and I can do a search for his application and if there was an application all the facts will be revealed.
