Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

Dear sir,

1st i m very thankful to reponsing my question.

I further adding a situation as

My father is not living with us

Also not ready to give divorse

And his behaviour also very irresponsible.

Now my grand pa is cleared that they are giving all share to my chacha

And nothing to my father.

Now what we can do because

we have tried alot to convince them.

They are not listening to us and

we have no hope from our father

We have to take action oursalves.

So what we can do and should do?
