Default RIGHT OF NOMINEE/ jOINT OWNER IN COOPERATIVE HOUSING SOCIETY.
If a couple owners of a flat in Registered Coop Housing Society rigister Nomination, can they Jountly Nominate in favour of Son then:
My question is in case of death of one of the couple
1) What is the position or right over property by Surviving Spouse?
2) What is the Right of the nominee?
3) Can nominee claim his right inspire of surving member?
4) Is society need to Transfer the property in name of surviving member?
5) or Will society Transfer the property in favour of Nominee and Surving
member
6) the surving spiuse member, what is his/ her right as per succession act in Maharshtra?
