Legal Question
My father willed away a plot to my sisters, which was purchased by my father with the sale of ancestral agricultural lands and not with his personal savings. Can I get a stay order for the sale of that plot. More over there were similar properties sold by my father when he was alive. Can the sale be challenged in the court?
