Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Trinidad and Tobago

my grand father left a will 17 years ago, half to my mom and half to his son and 3 children, my grandfather was later taken and made to do a deed giving equal one fifth share to my mom and her brother and his 3 children, he however cannot read, my mother also cannot read, and she brought home a paper for us to sign that the lawyer said she was giving her share to us, my brother and I, however, it was not so, it was just the one fifth, and this was done by a lawyer that represented her, my uncle, another brother, shouldn't they have counselled her to seek another lawyer, and not act on behalf of everyone? My mother was the sole caretaker of my grandfather. can anything be done?
