Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

My grandfather died and left a will which is probated by court and has 4 benificaries .
At the same time my grandfather in the will gave life interest to her wife who is alive however she is not a benificiary .
can the property be substituted in land records in the favour of his wife only and if yes do the rest of the four benificiary need to disclaim or relinquish the property or will an noc by all four benificary to that effect will suffice
A detailed answer to this question will be highly appreciated
would really appreciate if it is answered in this forum rather than forwarding just the phone no for legal support
