ARE YOU A BENEFICIARY NAMED IN THE WILL?

DO YOU HAVE ARE LEGAL OR EQUITABLE INTEREST IN ANY OF YOUR GRANDFATHER'S PROPERTIES?

IF YOU DO NOT THEN IT DOES NOT MATTER. IF HOWEVER YOU ARE A NAMED BENEFICIARY IN THE WILL

YOU CAN TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST YOUR GRANDMOTHER TO PROBATE OR RENOUNCE PROBATE.

TAKE A COPY OF YOUR GRANDFATHER'S DEATH CERTIFICATE TO THE PROBATE SECTION OF THE HALL

OF JUSTICE AND FIND OUT IF ANY APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PROBATE WAS FILED AND IF IS WAS YOU CAN REQUEST A COPY OF THE FULL APPLICATION. ALL DOCUMENTS FILED FOR PROBATE/LETTER OF ADMINISTRATION ARE PUBLIC DOCUMENTS.
