Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
My grandmother had bought a property 40 years back and she has 6children from her marriage. She wants to transfer it to one of her child. Can she do it through gift deed and can other children rause objection and ask for stay from the court? Please help

Yes she can Gift the property to one of her children. But its important that the gift deed should be got registered.
