Succession certificate is to get the property or ownership rights of the deceased person to his legal heirs.

Declaration suit if require if no proof to get succession certifcate and probation to execute will.

The difference between a succession certificate and Probatee is that when a person dies without a will, one has to apply for a succession certificate; if the person dies leaving behind a will, then one has to apply for a probate of the will instead of a succession certificate.

A declatory suit is one where you pray for a declaration that you are the rightful owner etc etc.
