Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

Hi,

My grandpa has 4 sons and as per his will eldest son gets about half of the entire property

because he was the one who took care of him. And now my grandpa is died and the other 3 sons are coming and fighting for the property. Can they file a suit against the eldest son and get the equal share of the property? Or in anyway can they do it by producing false documents? Wanted to be cautious. Thanks for your input!

If your grandpaa s self acquired property,then they cannot.if ancestral then they can.
