Dear Madam,

If your husband is the co-owner of a property and he is having difficulty with the other co-owner, he should sever the co-ownership by asking the other owner to purchase his share ( a valuation has to be done) or the seek a court order to have the property sold on the open market and the proceedings of the sale be divided between the owners.
