We had a mortgage together of which he paid for it while I paid the other bills. he left a will which was done in December 2015, leaving me with only $ 100 and everything else including the house for his brother. is there anything I can do to challenge the will and on what grounds

You can make a claim against the executor of the estate of your husband under the Married Persons Act. If you can prove that you had contributed to the property then you can establish an equitable interest and seek an order from the courts to declare your legal interest in the property.

You should immediately ledge a caveat preventing the granting of probate of the estate while the matter is resolved in the courts.

If you can prove your interest then you can be entitled to one half of the property.
