i am a marred women living with my husband and one daughter. I wanted to know can i ask a share from my mother's property. Means my mother is having one flat so she can't transfer that flat on my name as well as my brothers name?

No you cannot ask any kind of share on the property of your Mother. You mother's property is her own, and you have no contribution thereto. You mother can transfer the flat she own in favor of any person, she can also do charity with that flat.
