Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Trinidad and Tobago

hi, my mum passed away 5 yrs now, she left my brother , sister and I as her beneficiaries for the property which contains house and land, however she left the will to be executed by my step sister, where can I go check to see if the will has been probated as such? thanks

You can check at the Probate Section, Hall of Justice, Port-of-Spain. A copy of the death certificate will be useful since you will be required to provide the correct name and date of death of your mom.
