Legal Question
I have obtained Probate to the Will of my now deceased Grand mother from the High Court, Bombay (INDIA). I do not know how to execute it as it is not a Decree. In which law there is such a provision to execute it? What section as per Indian (Hindu)Law of Succession? What is the legal remedy if someone fails to honour the said Probate Order?
