what is probate court, is the probate court decision is final & fixed

Dear Sir / Madam,

A Will has to be Probated by the Court for transfer of the title of the deceased's "Estate" to the beneficiary named in the Will. Yes, the Probate decision of the Court is final and binding on all the legal heirs of the deceased.
