Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
I have purchased a land from a third party and registered in my favour . At the time of Mutation it was learnt that the said land was the property of Deity ( Goddess Annapurna ) . How can I mutate the said land in my favour ?

It goes to show that land was already been sold annd registered in other name and then your sale is a fraud. You should file an RTI in sub registrar office to get all the information regarding this land. Subsequently, a criminal as well as a civil case can be filed against the seller.

If the land belongs to someone else how can u claim the ownership?
