Legal Question

We have a Registered Charitable Trust with 13 subscribers to the Memorandum of Association.

We are in the process of printing the Memorandum and giving it to 150 members.

My question is, is it mandatory to give the names of the subscribers in the Memorandum of Association of a Registered Charitable Trust.
