Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

My sister had purchased a land in Karnataka which was registered in my dad's name, and my dad expired two years back, so how to go ahead if my sister wants to claim for that land transfer...we siblings do not have any issue in this property transfer...kindly advice what documents are required for this transfer

Dear Sir / Madam,

You should lodge the property documents with a copy of your father's Death Certificate along with the NOC's of all siblings for transfer of the property in the name of your sister with the District Tehsildar / Sub Registrar of Property Registration in your vicinity.
