succession certificate
we have a succession certificate in favour of my mother,that we got after the death of my father.my grandmother was alive at the time we got the succession certificate.my grandmother is now dead and my paternal uncle is claiming a share from his mother.please let me know whether his claim is of any value considering that succession certificate is only in favour of my mother.
