Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

I am going in temple most of the time but there trustee is not doing there job right, I mean temple has enough money to build temple but its more than 30 years they have not finished there job, its actually ashram, there is enough space to build house but they don't want us to build house, Ashram already has more than 100 house, now there is more than 100 application pending but all trustee has house so they don't want more house in ashram, even they don't want to talk to us, so how can I fight with them? how can I look at there yearly balance sheet? its trust so can you give me more detail how trust work and rules & regulation for trustee please

Is it a public pr private trust. If public, u can seek information through RTI.
