Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pakistan
Trusts to me made in future through wills is it possible under pakistani law?
Also can be discretionary trust be made through will in future?

Discretionary trust will be made in future but there are certain limit and conditions.
Will can be made but as per the law and requirement of Pakistan.
