Legal Question

If a woman is married to a U.K citizen and hence becomes a U.K citizen by virtue of the same, will she still not have to change the name on property papers, after such marriage in order to sell the property situated in india?

No, if her marriage certificate is available, she does not have to change her married name in the property papers....
