Legal Question in Workers Comp in India

I was contacted by vice president of company A (reference name given) which is based in India for employment in Gulf country. He briefed me job profile and shared me salary details that I would draw for working there.

As a gulf rule organization employing people should be registered in gulf country. Without registration organization cannot employ people.

Company A is not registered in Gulf hence routed my employment through Company B which is registered in gulf country and partner with company A. Hence company B sent me registered employment agreement for acceptance to job. I shared my acceptance to contract by signing on document.

As per understanding Company B will play its administrative part only i-e transferring my salary in foreign currency. Company B will not have any control on my work and work will be assigned by company A.

Company A being my principle employer and has provided me with laptop, co"s mail Id and other infrastructure required for doing job.

Company A has processed my visa and process has its own complexities. Now for last 2 months I have been working with Company A and they have not paid me.

Whenever I ask for salary they reply that company B will pay you but right now cannot since I have no valid visa.

Can you please advise what legal authority I have to get my salary incase company A keeps on lingering on.
