sir a man file case of shufa against a purchaser of piece of land from khasra no 361 . case is under trail in civil court . few days ago that premptor who files case of shufa signed as witness in sale deed of other piece of land from same khasra no 361.this sale deed is registred in same court where shufa case is under trail.now shufa case will be dismissed
