Dear Sir / Madam,

You should politely tell HR of your present Company that the Offer Letter was the first and most important document that you have relied ion whilst joining the Company. Hence, since the stipulated notice period in the Offer Letter is 1 (one) month, it is ethical that the Company relieves you on completion of the month's notice period. During this notice period, you must ensure that you complete all the handover formalities within 15 days, and tell the Company that they should not unnecessarily waste their money on paying you salary for the 15 days balance notice period wherein you will just be sitting idle in the Company. I am confident that the Company will issue you the relieving letter at the end of 15 days notice itself.

Regards,
