Legal Question in Workers Comp in India

Hi, I have been working with an organization since 2.5 years and now I want to leave. I have sent my resignation to them on 3rd may and all of a sudden they change their notice period condition to 2 month notice. They rolled out this update on 4th of this month which is prior to my resignation. So, will that be applicable to me? Can I buy my notice period by paying my basic salary? They did mention anything for buying notice period. Need some valuable suggestion.

1) T&C of service issued to u in appointment order are applicable.

2) Salary in lieu of notice if mentioned in order can be invoked.
