Re: Can I probate a will

The probate of a will in Alabama is not all that expensive, and I recommend the hiring of a good probate attorney for that purpose. you will be happy you did. However, if you decide to probte the will yourself, the employees in the probate court might help you. If they won't, then you must either get out the lawbooks to read up on the law yourself, or hire the attorney. Good luck!
