Legal Question
I was served a letter from district court for none payment for rent in the amount of $1365.00 The letter was served on 4/24/2010 on a saturday but on 4/21/2010 I made a $682.50 and today we get a letter dated for 4/22/2010 what can we do since the district court has already served us notice.
