Legal Question in Disability Law in Alabama

I was on disiability with the company I worked at . they ask me would I come back to work and get off disiability. they give me a $2500.00 a year raise and a new truck to come back. after less than a year, they said they no longer needed me. do I have a case?

I would suggest that you go back to the lawyers that worked with you on your disability. There is probably a lot more facts to this situation and they would be in the best position to give you a valid answer.
