Legal Question
my granddaughter and her husband divorced. in the divorce it states that the car(which is in his name) be granted to his wife and after she pays it off he is to sign the title over to her. He is trying to file bankruptcy and told her that he is going to put the car on there too. Is this legal seeing as it is in the divorce decree that it goes to her
