Legal Question
LLC Disalution/sell out
I am in a three way partnership L.L.C Corp. I would like
to ''get out'' and feel a certain finacial reimbursement is
fair and customary. I need to know what the first step I
need to take is. Do I notify the other members first or do
I look for a buyer to take my third?
