my daugther and an ex-boyfrien purchased an vehicle from ford motor credit co. in 2003 he soon after left and took the vehicle with him. the vehicle was repossed soon after that while it was in his possesion. ford motor credit has placed a judgement aganist my daugther and now is starting wage garnishment process self?against her what can she do to protect herself?

About the only solution she has is to file a bankruptcy. They will come after him as well but this is part of the responsibility that she assumed and now she has to handle signing with someone without any assurity.
