Legal Question
i received a statement of claim saying im being sued by a credit card company and i have 14 days to respond or they can garnish our paychecks or make us sell property to pay back this ammount the amount is 3815 our house is 230,000. can they make us sell our house to pay back the debt? what should our course of action be?
