im not on the birth certificate and have no contact with the child my ex found out im getting married and is therating me with child support do i have any reason to worry

Possibly, yes. It doesn't matter if you are on the birth certificate. If she files a paternity action alleging you are the dad, the court will order the test. If you're the bio dad, they will make you the legal dad and order child support.
