how long it can takes to my husband to get divorced without my signature there in Alabama state

Well, it can not just be answered that way. first he has to try to serve you at your last known address or try to find out where you are. Then if he can not find you, he has to file a motion with the court to publish in a legal newspaper and it must run at least twice. Then if there is no response the Court will give him a divorce by default. so it could be anywhere from 90 days to 6 months.
