Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Alabama

Can charges be pressed on my because I set my 19 year old violent daughter to live with my father? She has been violent with me, her smaller brother and sister(8 and 9), as well as her aunt. In fact, she drew a Knife on her. I sent her there ,but now her uncle who also lives there is threatening to press charges on me for attempting to protect my other two children. He would like for me to put them in danger or bring food and money to an individual who can get a job and take care of herself. I have tried to reason with her, but I cannot let her hurt them like she has done in the past. Her uncle is the same man that kept quiet when she hit and injured my other two kids. For example, she threw an air freshener bottle at her little sister's head and let a scar on her little brother's back. She also threatened to throw both them down a flight of stairs.

The answer is simple, No. You child is 19 and you can put that child out if you want to. I would suggest that you see if there is any mental health issues or drug issues. I am sure you love this child and don't want to see her hurt as well. If she continues on this path, she may hurt herself or others and there be some criminal charges.
