Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Alabama

I am wondering if i can get emancipated based of these facts about me: I am 16 years old, I have a 5 month old daughter, I have a promised new home if I can get emancipated, and I am still in high school.

not likely you would need to show you can take care of yourself.... a job, high school degree or equivalent, maturity, self-sufficient.
