Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Alabama

I had a renter in my home that left a car in my yard for 9mo.They also left owing back rent & damages.I filed for abandonment on the vehicle,but that is all.Now the renters are calling telling me that they were awarded the car in a chapter 13

bankruptcy judgment.They also said that we were named in the suit,but we have gotten no info on appearing in court.Do I have any rights to the car???(storage,ect.)

Were you notified of the bankruptcy and did they include the back rent in that. Also, if they abandoned the motor vehicle under Alabama statute, then it is yours.
