In january 2005 i was scscheduled for a colonstomy recommened by my doctor, while i was in the preparation room, i was asked if i would like to have my back propped up on the table i was lying, i said yes. When i was taked into the procedure room they told me they would have to lower the back support. Suddenly without warning they pulled out the props of the back support and i fell backwards on to the exam table, i heard a loud crack and immediately terrific pain in my lower back, since they were adminstering pain relaxing drungs for the colonstomy, the pain subsided. The next day the pain was horrendous their nurse told me it was trapped gas, i demanded to see the doctor who did the procedure he dianosed back sprain. The pain continued for six months x rays showed nothing, finally my doctor recommended a mri. the mri indicataes moderate lumbar stenosis, which i have never been dianosed in the past is the hispital staff and the doctor liable? i have had extensive physical therapy.

You might have a case, but I would need to talk to you more extensively. Med Mal cases are notoriously difficult to win, but not impossible.

Please contact my office so we can discuss it further.

Thanks!
