Re: gave wrong drug during operation after being told not to

Medical Malpractice claims are among the most difficult, if not the most difficult, cases in the country today. As I am sure you are aware there is a lot in the news about so-called "frivilous" lawsuits against Doctors. This media blitz by doctor insurance companies has poisoned a lot of potential jurors. Nevertheless, there are some very good claims out there but they usually require significant damages in order make them worthwhile. Expert witnesses are almost mandatory in all but the rarest of cases. The doctor's lawyers will not settle. They simply do not do this anymore because the truth is that they have managed to convince a large portion of America that all lawsuits against doctors are frivilous.

In any event, if you are interested in talking about this further, I would like to hear from you. My email is: [email protected]

I look forward to hearing from you.

What happened to her as a result of being given the morphine?

Did she have any problems or did she come through it okay?

Thanks,

Bobby
