Re: Fall in Bank !!!!!!!!!!!

Well, I would really need to know some more details but generally, yes, if you, a customer, are injured in a business due to some defect that they knew about, or should have known about, then that business can be held liable for failing to adequately protect you from injury. Damages would generally encompass your direct out-of-pocket costs and could, depending on the specifics, include more. You should really speak to an attorney at greater length and give him all of the details before deciding whether or not to pursue this.

Re: Fall in Bank !!!!!!!!!!!

The bank is only liable if you can prove that they had some type of notice of the dangerous condition or, possibly, if their employees created the dangerous condition. You would have the burden of proving the case. If you could carry the burden, they would likely be held responsible for all of your medical expenses related to the fall as well as consequential damages such as pain and suffering.
