Legal Question in Personal Injury in Alabama
Release of Liability form
I have been asked to provide a form that will release a customer from liability when one of my employees does work on his property. This will be in Alabama. I have a release of accident form but I do not believe this will cover it. What do I need and where can I get a generic version?

I would strongly suggest retaining counsel to assist you in the drafting of the agreement. Forms such as that are not readily available and are more often than not incomplete or completely incorrect.
